Pricing

Newsletter service pricing — $399 a month.

One newsletter a week. Your first edition is free, and your first paid month is fully refundable. If we don't earn it, you don't pay.

The Product

What you get every week.

A 3-minute newsletter — about 500 words, one or two visuals, written in your voice from your industry's primary sources. Drafted on Tuesday. In your inbox to review. Out to your list by Thursday.

Sources are real. Regulatory bodies, trade publications, market data — the kind of material your clients can't easily aggregate themselves. A human editor fact-checks every claim against the original source before it ships.

Setup of your ESP is included (Mailchimp, Kit, Beehiiv, and most others). A 5-minute async brief once at the start — no call to schedule. After that, your week is about 15 minutes: read the draft, hit approve, or send a note.

That's the whole product. One newsletter, every week, until you tell us to stop.

Got a stranger situation — multi-location, multi-language, automated workflows we'd need to wire up? Email [email protected] directly. We'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can do.

Here's what lands in your clients' inboxes.

The Guarantee

One free edition. A refundable first month. Then you decide.

Most newsletter services ask you to commit before you've seen a single edition. We do the opposite. We write one complete, ready-to-send edition for your firm — using your industry's primary sources and your firm's voice — and send it to your list, free. You judge the work before you spend a dollar.

If you decide to continue, your first paid month is fully refundable. If the quality isn't there, if the tone is off, if your clients aren't engaging — tell us and we refund it. The risk is entirely ours.

A free edition plus a refundable month is enough for your clients to start replying, for you to see the open rates, and for you to feel what it's like to have this handled.

FAQ

Common pricing questions.

Do I have to commit to an annual contract?

No. Month to month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Most clients stay because the newsletter works — not because they're locked in.

How does the free edition and refundable first month work?

Your first edition is free — we write and send a complete weekly newsletter for your firm at no charge, so you can judge the quality before you spend a dollar. If you decide to continue, your first paid month is fully refundable: if it's not working, tell us and we refund it, no invoice and no awkward conversation.

What ESP do you use to send the newsletter?

We work with Mailchimp, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), Beehiiv, and most major platforms. If you already have a list in a different tool, we'll adapt. Setup is included.

How much of my time does this actually take?

About 15 minutes a week for the approval review. The 5-minute async brief happens once — no call to schedule. After that, your involvement is reading the draft and clicking approve, or sending one round of notes.

What if I don't have an email list yet?

We help you set one up. Many clients start with a small list (50–100 clients and prospects) and grow from there. We can recommend simple list-building tactics once the newsletter is in flight.

What if I need something bigger — multi-location, multi-language, or automated workflows?

Email [email protected] directly. There's no productized tier for that work — every situation is different — but we've wired up custom pipelines before and may be able to again. We'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can do.

Who actually writes my newsletter?

A human editor with industry context. They pull from your industry's primary sources, fact-check every claim against the original source, and write in your voice. If your name is on it, a person you can email read it first. That's the part that matters.

Start with a free edition.

No credit card for the sample. No annual commitment. We write it, send it, and you decide if it's worth continuing — with a fully refundable first month if you do.
