The service

NewsletterAsAService provides done-for-you newsletter writing, editing, and delivery for professional services firms. By requesting a free sample or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these terms.

Free sample

We provide up to four (4) complete newsletter editions at no charge. No credit card is required. If you choose not to continue after the free period, you owe nothing and no invoice will be issued.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice; changes do not apply to your current billing cycle.

Content ownership

All newsletter content we produce for you is yours. Upon payment of applicable fees, you own full rights to the content and may use it across any channel. We retain the right to reference our work with you as a client reference unless you request otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the newsletter content complies with any regulations applicable to your industry (financial advice disclaimers, legal disclaimers, etc.). You agree to review each edition before sending and not to distribute content you believe to be inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 30-day period. We are not liable for lost profits, reputational harm, or indirect damages. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
